Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or an approved purchase order has been provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% charge. Non-attendance will be charged in full.
3. Substitutions
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time at no additional cost, provided the replacement delegate meets any course prerequisites.
4. Course Changes
Identify Training reserves the right to alter course dates, venues, or trainers. In such cases, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion and are valid for the period stated on the certificate. It is the responsibility of the employer to arrange renewal training before expiry.
